Any chance to get Penumbra for Win11?

Will that discord skin of yours ever be released?

I'm sorry to ask, I don't want to ask, I shouldn't have to ask and I wouldn't ask if i had a single other place to turn (virtualcustoms mods wont submit any of my posts) with this question.

But, without windows style builder (All I got is msstyle editor and a resource hacker) is there any way at all to change default color values for the theme? Or at least, what are their names and where about are they located?

I personally never heard of msstyleEditor before, but by looking at some screenshots of it, it seems quite identical to Windows Style Builder(WSB). I would think it is possible to change the theme with it.

As for locations, I always used this forum post (just download the file in the OP) to get the basics of the virtual style the colors I want:

https://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/28810-Complete-Guide-to-Theme-Building .

As for specific locations for everything else, it's mostly trial and error and looking through forum posts on virtualcustoms for people asking about the same location. In WSB you can also look for a specific color used in an element to find which element corresponds to what section in the visual style.

Hope this helped.

how do you make these themes? can you please post a link to some documentation/tutorial? I've been trying to make one of these windows themes for two years now, but I could not find any kind of documentation

You're not the first to ask, so I'm gonna copy-paste a response I gave to someone before:

The only way you can change a theme is by using a program called "Windows Style Builder".

You can find one of the latest version (as of writing) here (at the bottom of the first post):

https://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/83569-Windows-10-19H1-1903-Updated-ClassMaps-and-Import-Scripts

That website itself also contains a lot of resources on how to change a theme. I still use this guide sometimes to find basic parts of the theme to change, although it's quite outdated:

http://virtualcustoms.net/showthread.php/28810-Complete-Guide-to-Theme-Building

For me, it's mostly trial and error on how to find certain elements in the theme to change.

I hope this helped.

it says " [Only registered and activated users can see links. " I understand the registered part (I tried to register and it said that it taught i was a spammer), but what do they mean by activated?
